Killing Time / EP

What It Is

This "vinyl-iscious" EP contains 4 songs that fuse rock, hip hop, roots music and rhythm and blues (a style Levick playfully calls "vinyl shit") in the tradition of Beck, Fatboy Slim and The Sneaker Pimps.
Above and beyond their newjack beats and sweet production, these are absopositively well crafted and catchy songs with mad swagger!
You'll hear some of Bret's Stones and Bowie influences with an added nod to G. Love and Sublime on "Birthday Cake" which was written with and features geniyical singer/songwriter Frankie Hernandez.
"You Show Yourself", co-authored by Frankie and long time collaborator Robert Navarro also features Frankie's stellar vocal stylings and Robert's help on guitar, bass and clavinet.

So Many Ways Back Down / EP

What It Is

Not so much an EP as it is a pair of songs that like each other. "So Many Ways Back Down" is a stripped down acoustic roots blues duo co-authored and performed with Jeff Pevar. It already made it's way onto Sons Of Anarchy last season (season 4, Ep. 9). "Red Hot Money" is a balls out throwback retro riff-rock song that speaks to our dodgy economic times.
